Yes, If store will accept the return you can request to return the item as long as item is at our facility.

Once all you requested items/ products reach on our free USA warehouse we issue our customers a confirmation Email regarding their requested products. Once the products are completed and ready to ship your assisted purchase request will be completed and package will move to next step to initiate shipment cycle.

In case any requested items runs out of stock, we will notify you that requested item is not available after that you can hold a request or you can cancel the request or specific item which is not available.

We have a Tax-Free Warehouse so probably you won't be paying any taxes against your purchase. But some of the US online Stores auto-calculate the taxes and it’s directly payable to store. Applicable sales tax in Florida is %6.

If your package or items needs to be stored at specific temperature or place don’t worry our warehouse facility is designed to cater such issues. Your package will be dealt as per its requirements.

As a third-party service provider, we can only guarantee you our services. Rest it depends on the carrier you will choose or the time store will take to deliver your item at our facility. But once it’s delivered at our warehouse it will be ready for shipping within 24 business after receiving consolidation request from user.
